Obverse: MP - QV (Mother of God), the Virgin standing facing on dais, nimbate, wearing pallium and maphorium; she holds before her the nimbate head of the infant Christ. Reverse:ANDRONIKOC DeCPOTHC (or similar), Christ, standing, on right, nimbate, wearing pallium and colobium, Gospels in left, crowns emperor with right; Andronicus, on left, wearing divitision and loros, labarum in right, globus cruciger in left.
